Where exactly is Riad M17 located? Is it easy to access?
We are located in the Sidi Mimoun district (Derb Sidi Mbarek 17). This is one of the most accessible and secure areas of the Medina. Unlike many riads hidden deep in the souks, our property is accessible by car. You can be dropped off right near the door, which is a huge advantage for your luggage and peace of mind.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we organize private airport transfers for a seamless arrival. Our driver will welcome you at Marrakech Menara Airport and bring you directly to the Riad or your apartment. We highly recommend booking this service for your first visit to avoid any hassle.
How far are the main attractions?
You are perfectly positioned. Sidi Mimoun places you within walking distance of the famous Jemaa el-Fna square and the Koutoubia Mosque, while offering a calm retreat away from the noise of the main crowds.
Should I book a room in the Riad or an Apartment?
- Choose the Riad if you want the authentic “Soul of Marrakech” experience. You will enjoy traditional architecture, our on-site Spa, and a communal atmosphere with attentive service.
- Choose an Apartment if you prefer modern design, total privacy, and independence. Our apartments feature fully equipped living spaces (as seen in our photos), making them ideal for families or friends who want to feel at home.
Is the Riad suitable for families?
absolutely. The Riad offers a warm, safe environment. However, for larger families desiring more space and the ability to cook their own meals, our Apartments are often the preferred choice due to their generous living areas.
Do you have a Spa or Hammam?
Yes, Riad M17 features a traditional Hammam & Spa. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the souks. We offer traditional scrubs and massages to complete your Moroccan experience.
Can you help us plan our trip (tours, restaurants)?

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is typically included for guests staying in the Riad rooms, served in the patio or terrace. For Apartment guests, you have a fully equipped kitchen, but we can often arrange breakfast services upon request (please check your specific booking rate).
